Operator: GoSignalz LLC, operating as SmoothBot. Contact: admin@gosignalz.com.
1. Who we are and this policy’s scope
GoSignalz LLC, operating as SmoothBot, is responsible for personal information we process to run and secure our Services and manage our relationship with users. Contact us at admin@gosignalz.com. This Policy covers smoothbot.gg, Smooth Games, Bunny Translate (formerly Smooth Translator), Smooth Verifier, GoFeral Bot (GOFERAL), and their associated Activities and administration interfaces. It describes enabled features; a feature described here is not a claim that it is available in every deployment.
Discord and server administrators also decide how they process information. Where we process server content solely under an administrator’s instructions, the administrator may be the controller and we may act as a processor or service provider. We will help route requests as appropriate. This Policy does not cover independent third-party websites or other server members’ copies.
2. Information we process
Discord identity and access: user, server, channel, role, message, and application identifiers; usernames/display names, avatars, memberships, language choices, permissions, and command interactions needed for the feature. Activity authentication processes session and authorization information. We do not ask users to give us their Discord password.
Games: submitted answers and moves, match state, participants, scores, leaderboards, histories, settings, uploaded game media, and relevant media/identity mappings. Where enabled, player profiles, earned virtual balances, cosmetic ownership, equipped items, and transaction ledgers support the game economy. These records may persist across sessions. A player wallet or cosmetic profile may span participating Games servers; server-specific scores, uploads, settings, histories, and Premium remain separately scoped.
Translator: text and message metadata in configured source channels, original-message records, translated copies and delivery identifiers, queued work, selected languages, and access-role/channel configuration. It processes eligible new messages and tracked edits/deletions; it does not import full channel history. Attachments may be linked in mirrors; voice translation and OCR are not promised.
Verifier: onboarding and completion state, session references, elapsed timers, role/nickname actions, administrator settings, and names/avatars used for welcome cards. A timed flow is not identity or age verification. We do not collect government identification through the bot.
GoFeral Bot: authorized server scans process server structure, channels, roles, permission assignments, and related Discord identifiers and configuration metadata. Where enabled, administration interfaces also process OAuth/session information, administrator authority and consent, desired-state blueprints, findings, remediation proposals, approvals, execution/read-back results, snapshots, and audit evidence. Some governance evidence is retained in append-only or retention-locked storage. Planned modules are not automatically enabled by installation or by this Policy.
Support and Premium: correspondence and information you send us; server entitlement, complimentary-grant, code-redemption, and revocation records. If paid checkout is enabled, billing providers process payment details and we receive references and status needed to manage access. We do not operate a payment-card entry form on the current marketing site.
Website and operational data: IP address, request time, requested URL, user agent, response status, and related delivery/security diagnostics may appear in hosting logs. The marketing site has no account login, advertising tracker, or third-party analytics script. Its cosmetic try-on uses browser memory and resets on reload. External services, including Discord and linked video hosts, may use their own cookies or similar technologies.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We use information to deliver requested games, translations, onboarding, and Premium access; authenticate requests and enforce server permissions; save progress and preferences; deliver and repair messages; prevent fraud and abuse; troubleshoot, secure, and maintain the Services; respond to requests; and satisfy legal obligations.
Where GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar rules apply, the relevant grounds are performance of a contract for features you request, legitimate interests in reliable operation, access security and abuse prevention balanced against your rights, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required for an optional feature or particular processing. Administrator authorization alone does not replace individual consent where the law requires it. You can withdraw consent for future consent-based processing without affecting earlier lawful processing. We do not use this information for targeted advertising.
4. AI providers and automated features
OpenAI is used by supported AI features. Depending on enabled functionality, relevant translation text, game prompts and answers for interpretation, or gameplay facts for commentary may be sent to OpenAI. Translator can be configured to use another compatible provider; the server operator should identify that provider before enabling it. Translation processing is triggered by eligible messages in configured channels, not by a separate approval prompt for every message.
Optional player portrait generation sends the verified Discord avatar to OpenAI only after the player chooses Create. Joining a game or receiving a score does not itself request a portrait. Trivia banter uses server-scoped numeric gameplay summaries; the banter prompt excludes direct names and Discord IDs, but this does not make all related service records anonymous. The feature is intended to avoid ordinary chat and private messages.
AI output and automated role/nickname or game decisions may affect your experience. Ask us or your server administrator for human review of a disputed result. We do not use these features to make legal or similarly significant decisions about employment, credit, housing, or other essential opportunities. We do not use Discord API message content to train general-purpose AI models. AI providers process submitted inputs under their applicable service terms and data arrangements; this Policy does not promise that their independent retention rules are identical to ours.
6. Retention and deletion
Website request logs are configured to expire after 30 days. Operational deletion can lag storage lifecycle processing. Trivia banter profiles have a 90-day expiry; the supported /trivia roasts action:forget command clears remembered banter facts but does not prevent future gameplay from creating new facts.
Persistent game records, player profiles, settings, media, translation originals, delivery records, onboarding records, GoFeral configuration and audit evidence, and Premium grants do not all have a uniform automatic deletion schedule. They may remain until deleted through a supported control or a verified request, or until no longer needed for the feature, security, dispute handling, or a legal obligation. Translator may retain a database tombstone after source deletion even when it removes translated Discord copies. Removing a bot or leaving a server does not automatically erase all records.
For a deletion or retention inquiry, email us with the relevant Discord user/server IDs and bot. We will assess and act within applicable legal deadlines, explain any lawful retention exception, and restrict retained data to the relevant purpose. Backups, provider records, and messages copied by others may persist under their own retention arrangements. GoFeral audit artifacts subject to retention locks cannot be erased before the configured lock expires; ask us for the applicable retention period and any available restriction or de-identification measures. We cannot promise to erase independent Discord or third-party copies. This Policy does not create a deletion control that is not implemented.
7. Security and international processing
We use access controls, permission checks, encrypted connections, and hosting security measures appropriate to the systems in use. No service is perfectly secure. Do not send us tokens, passwords, full card details, or private verification URLs in support messages.
Infrastructure includes hosting in the United States, and Discord or other providers may process information elsewhere. Where applicable law restricts transfers, we must use a valid transfer basis, such as an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards, and supplementary measures where necessary. We do not treat use of the Services as blanket consent to restricted transfers. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data or a copy where available, subject to lawful redaction.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, a copy or portability, correction, deletion, restriction, objection (including to legitimate-interest processing), withdrawal of consent, or review of an automated decision. Residents of the EEA, UK, Switzerland, California and other US states, Brazil, Canada, Australia, and other jurisdictions retain their applicable local rights. We do not claim that every law applies to every user or that this list limits statutory protections.
Send requests to admin@gosignalz.com. Describe your request and relevant bot/server. We may verify identity through an authenticated Discord interaction or proportionate information; do not email government ID unless a secure, necessary process has been agreed. An authorized agent may act where permitted with suitable authority and verification. We will respond within the deadline required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension or refusal. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
If your request is refused, reply requesting an appeal or review. You may complain to your local data-protection or consumer regulator without first contacting us. California and other qualifying US residents may also have rights to know categories and specific information collected, correct or delete it, and opt out of sale, targeted-advertising sharing, or certain profiling. We do not conduct those advertising activities; Global Privacy Control does not trigger a sale/sharing change because none is performed. We do not vary our processing in response to a browser Do Not Track signal. We do not collect sensitive information for the purpose of inferring personal characteristics.
9. Children and sensitive information
The Services are not directed to children under 13 or anyone below Discord’s applicable minimum age. Do not submit sensitive personal, medical, financial, government-identification, or biometric information to games, translation channels, or AI features. If you believe a child below the applicable minimum age has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete or restrict it as required. Parental permission does not override Discord’s minimum-age rules.
10. Changes and contact
We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. Material changes will be communicated through the website or affected Service where appropriate, and we will obtain consent when required. Contact GoSignalz LLC at admin@gosignalz.com for privacy questions, rights requests, transfer information, or complaints.
