Operator: GoSignalz LLC, operating as SmoothBot. Contact: admin@gosignalz.com.
1. Who these terms apply to
These Terms govern your use of smoothbot.gg, our Discord Activities and bots (including Smooth Games, Bunny Translate (formerly Smooth Translator), Smooth Verifier, and GoFeral Bot), and associated features (the Services). The agreement is between you and GoSignalz LLC (SmoothBot, we, us). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information.
Installing a bot for an organization or server does not make you its members’ legal representative. You must have authority for configuration changes you make. Features and installations are separate unless an offer expressly includes more than one bot.
2. Age and eligibility
You must be at least 13, satisfy Discord’s minimum age for your country, and meet any higher minimum imposed by applicable law. If you are below the age at which you can independently enter this agreement, a parent or legal guardian must review and authorize your use where the law permits. Paid purchases require legal capacity or valid authorization. Do not use the Services where prohibited by law or applicable trade restrictions.
3. Access, servers, and acceptable use
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use available Services for their intended purposes, subject to these Terms, Discord’s applicable rules, and your server’s rules. You are responsible for your account, authorized use, and the permissions you grant. Never share bot tokens, private session links, webhook credentials, or other secrets.
Do not use the Services for illegal activity, harassment, hate, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, privacy violations, spam, malware, credential theft, fraud, cheating, unauthorized scraping, or interference with security or availability. Do not bypass server permissions, payment controls, access restrictions, rate limits, or technical safeguards. Security research requires prior authorization; report suspected vulnerabilities privately through our contact address.
4. Your content and server administration
You keep any rights you have in messages, uploaded media, configuration, and other content you provide. You grant us a non-exclusive license only to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and deliver that content as necessary to operate, secure, and support the Services, including translation and requested AI processing. This permission ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except for limited backup, legal, security, and dispute retention described in the Privacy Policy. It does not transfer ownership or grant a general advertising license.
Only provide content you are entitled to share and process, including permission for images of other people. Server administrators choose channels, roles, translation audiences, onboarding rules, and enabled features. They must give members appropriate notice and obtain any legally required authorization. Removing a bot does not automatically delete records, Discord posts, or copies held by other people. Contact us for data requests.
5. GoFeral administration
GoFeral Bot (GOFERAL) provides server-observation and administration tools where enabled, such as permission analysis, configuration snapshots, and proposed remediation plans. Installation or acceptance of these Terms is not authorization to make privileged Discord changes. Administrative changes require the authorization and review controls presented by the relevant feature. Review the scope, permissions, risks, and recovery plan before approving an action. Proposed plans and simulated results do not establish that a live action is enabled or completed.
6. AI, translation, and verification limitations
Some features send relevant inputs to AI providers. Translations, generated content, answer interpretation, and game commentary can be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive despite safeguards. Review output before relying on or redistributing it. These features do not provide professional advice. Generated content may not be unique, and we do not guarantee ownership rights beyond those applicable law allows.
Game banter may refer to observed gameplay; some modes permit profanity. A welcome timer or completion action is not proof of identity, age, video viewing, or suitability for server access. Server owners remain responsible for permissions and moderation. Do not rely on SmoothBot as a safety-critical, emergency, identity-verification, or security-guarantee service.
8. Our materials and third parties
SmoothBot software, branding, artwork, and original materials are protected by intellectual-property laws, subject to third-party and open-source rights. Do not imply endorsement or redistribute our materials beyond permission granted by us or law. SmoothBot is independent of Discord. Discord, hosting, AI, payment, and linked services have their own terms and privacy practices. Their outages or changes can affect availability.
9. Availability, suspension, and changes
We may maintain, update, or discontinue features and may restrict access for abuse, legal obligations, security risks, or material breaches. Preview features can change or fail, and saved state may not always be recoverable. Where practical, we will provide notice, an explanation, and a way to contact us about a restriction. We may act immediately where needed to prevent harm. Paid service changes remain subject to applicable consumer remedies.
You may stop using the Services at any time; server administrators can remove bots. Contact us separately about personal-data deletion and cancel any subscription through its billing provider. Sections that by their nature must survive termination, including applicable payment obligations, intellectual-property protections, and dispute provisions, continue to apply.
10. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided as available, without additional warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for loss caused solely by unauthorized account use, server configuration outside our control, or third-party failures, except where law makes us responsible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot lawfully be limited, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any non-excludable consumer right or statutory guarantee. Any limitation applies only to the extent lawful in your jurisdiction. We do not require you to waive mandatory remedies or accept binding arbitration.
11. Global users, disputes, and updates
Mandatory consumer and privacy protections in your country of residence remain applicable. These Terms do not require consumers to bring claims in a foreign court, surrender local legal protections, or waive collective remedies where prohibited. Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve an issue; doing so does not prevent you from contacting a regulator or exercising a legal remedy.
We may update these Terms and will post the effective date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the website or affected Service where practicable, and obtain renewed agreement when required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
12. Contact
