A SEPARATE SMOOTH BOT
First impressions.
Your server’s way.
Smooth Verifier implements onboarding and verification with optional nickname policies, a timed video-completion gate, and welcome cards. Full end-to-end acceptance remains pending.
A welcome with a clear next step.
A new member can receive a public Start the video prompt. The actual configured video URL appears in their private completion session. A timer rejects early completion; it cannot prove playback, attention, identity, or age.
Policies you can configure
Keep a name, apply a kingdom policy, use a template, or choose from configured funny names. Admins select the welcome channel, announcement channel, video duration, frame, avatar placement, and message.
Roles need server setup.
The current combined source enforces a configured server ID; a public multi-server installation is not established. The gate does not automatically rewrite access to all your channels. Admins must configure member-area permissions and avoid conflicting auto-role rules. The bot’s role position and channel permissions also matter.
What has been checked?
The repository records a reported healthy AWS worker, renderer checks, unsigned-request rejection, and a repaired public prompt. That evidence does not close full new-member Discord onboarding acceptance.
