Install Smooth Verifier

Verifier has its own installation flow and a configured-server boundary in the combined source. The repository contains a server-locked operator invite, which is not a general public installation link and is deliberately not published here.

What to know

After obtaining an approved invite, configure /welcome setup with channel choices, a public HTTPS video, and its duration. Use /verifier naming for a policy, /welcome appearance for the card, /welcome status to check, and /verifier help for guidance. Configure member-area role permissions separately and test with a new non-admin member.
