Handle access, observation, and plan errors while keeping server authority clear.
Find your symptom#
| Symptom | What to check |
|---|---|
| Server not listed | You are signed into the intended Discord account and have approved authority for that server. |
| Access denied | The selected server, consent scope, and current owner/admin status. |
| Observation incomplete | Missing read permissions, unavailable Discord responses, and the observation timestamp. |
| Plan no longer valid | The server may have changed since the observation or the scoped approval may have expired. Request a fresh review. |
| Apply unavailable | Live execution may not be enabled for your server. Contact support to confirm available operations. |
| Operation outcome unclear | Preserve its reference and contact support before retrying. |
What to send support#
Email admin@gosignalz.com with the bot name, the step that failed, the exact error, and your Discord server ID. Include a redacted screenshot if useful. Never send passwords, bot tokens, webhook URLs, or private verification links.
For a GoFeral operation, include the report or operation reference and whether the screen says preview, pending, applied, failed, or verified. Redact private server data that is not needed to explain the failure.
